Export and delete your data

Download your data

Open Plan & settings → Your data and click Download my data. You get a JSON file with your activity, time entries, AI sessions, corrections, notes and devices. This works on a lapsed plan too.

Delete your account

Under Plan & settings → Your data, click Delete my account…, then Delete my account and data. Type your email address and your password to confirm. If you sign in with Google and have no password, sign in again first: the deletion has to happen within 10 minutes of a fresh sign-in.

Your account, your activity and your devices are deleted, and any subscription you own is cancelled.

If you’re the only owner of a team that has other members, make another member an owner, or remove the other members, first.

Disconnect a single device

Open Devices from the account menu and click Disconnect. See Connect a device.

How long data is kept

Raw activity (window titles, on-screen text, screenshots, AI session titles and notes) is deleted after 90 days by default. The workspace owner or an admin can choose 30, 90, 180 or 365 days under Settings → Privacy & capture.
The totals built from it (time per category and project) stay while your account exists.
Database backups are kept for 14 days.
